~*~*Blog Tour*~*~ The Best Man by Michelle Lee

Synopsis:

Those eyes, those lips, that body. Kassidy Marshall has always been that perfect picture of cool, calm and in control. Always in control; until she meets the best man, Ryan Davis (or as his friends call him, just Davis).

Now she feels anything but in control and she cant stop the dreams she keeps having of him, even though she finds him extremely attractive but also extremely frustrating.
Will she be able to resist him, or will she fall for The Best Man?

He can only hope....

Excerpts:

"I could just devour you," he groans in my ear. I arch my back, and his tongue flickers down my neck, past my collarbone, before settling on my pert nipple. The ache between my legs grows, and feels like I will explode at any moment. He looks up at me through his long lashes. "I'm gonna take you places tonight, Miss Marshall, you have only imagined." His mouth leaves my nipple, making its way down to my navel. I moan, wiggle and arch my back again in anticipation for where he is going to take me and for what he is going to do to me. "You may want to grab on to something, angel."

For some odd reason I just stand there paralyzed, it is as if my feet are encased in concrete. I feel my breathing accelerate as I gaze into his eyes. The room is spinning and I am mesmerized. Until now I really hadn't looked this closely at Davis. Sure, I have noticed previously that he is as hot as fuck, but something is different tonight.
I hear my inner self clapping, uncontrollably.
I am staring and he just stares back in complete silence. I am pulled closer to him, but not by his arms or hands, but simply by his presence. I feel as though I am a moth and he is the flame. Two magnets being pulled to each other.

~*~*Review*~*~ Lifers by Jane Harvey-Berrick

Synopsis:

After eight years in prison, twenty-four year old Jordan Kane is the man everyone loves to hate.

Forced to return to his hometown while on parole, Jordan soon learns that this small town hasn't changed since he was carted off to juvie all those years ago. He is the local pariah, shunned by everyone, including his own parents. But their hatred of him doesn't even come close to the loathing he feels every time he looks in the mirror.

Working odd jobs for the preacher lady, Jordan bides his time before he can leave this backwards town. But can distance erase the memories that haunt him? Trapped in the prison of his own mind Jordan wonders if the pain of living will ever subside?

Torrey Delaney is new in town and certainly doesn't behave in a way the locals believe a preacher’s daughter should. Her reputation for casual hook-ups and meaningless sex is the talk of the town. Add that to her budding friendship with the hardened ex-con handyman, and the good Reverend is less than thrilled with her estranged daughter’s path.

As friendship forms, is it possible for two damaged people who are afraid to love take their relationship to the next level? Can Torrey live with Jordan’s demons, and can Jordan break through Torrey's walls? With the disapproval of a small town weighing heavily on them, will they find their place in the world? Can they struggle against the odds, or will their world be viciously shattered?

Is love a life sentence?

Review:

Wow, Jane has done it again!! She has such an amazing way with words that she makes you feel every
single emotion that the characters are going through. I was totally drawn in and Couldn't put it down.

Lifers is the story of Torrey and Jordan, Torrey is the daughter of the towns preacher, She hasn't seen her mum in years but moves to live with her after having a problem with her old boss she just needed to get out of town. She is a real firecracker, she is headstrong and most definitely not afraid to say what's on her mind

Jordan bless him god I totally felt and fell for him. After an accident that happened eight years ago he is spending the end of his sentence on probation so he's back in town. However the town they live in is the kind of place where no one forgets anything and the people in town are still making him suffer and won't let him forget what happened even his parents.

No one Wants anything To do with Jordan but Torrey can see past what's happened to him as can see what an amazing, caring and beautiful person he is inside, So what starts out as a friendship soon blossoms into a relationship but can love and a HEA happen??

This book absolutely blew me away I can't recommend it enough.

I was given an ARC in return for an honest review

Will Running Into Love be enough for them to find a happily ever after together? Does Kyle have what it takes to heal Amelia’s broken heart and change her outlook on life? Will Kyle’s past result in tragedy as history repeats itself?

When it comes to matters of the heart, sometimes you have to run not walk.

Excerpt

“Grab on to the tub,” I tell her. She bends over and grabs the side of the tub presenting me with the sight of her glorious ass. She is so wet and ready for me. I wrap the t-shirt around her waist and hold the ends in my hand at her sides. I slowly enter her from behind and pull her close with the t-shirt, taking off most of her weight from the tub. She gasps and moans. “Are you alright?” I question her. “Oh my God. That is amazing. Don’t stop,” she moans. With the t-shirt I pull her into me hard. The t-shirt takes me deep inside her and at this rate it won’t take me long at all. She’s moaning with pleasure, stands on her tip toes and tilts her ass to a new position. I didn’t think I could get any deeper, but this new position makes me groan in ecstasy as she takes all of me. With a few more pulls I come inside her. Bending over I kiss the center of her back and pump lightly into her a few more times before standing up and pulling out. I turn her around and wrap her in my arms.

FACEBOOK / GOODREADS / TWITTER / WEBSITE

I am an “Indie” adult contemporary romance author. I am a wife and a stay at home mom. I have been married to my wonderful husband since 1996. I love being a stay at home mom to our two teenage boys. We have a handful of pets, a dog named Lucy (who is in my books), a guinea pig named Flufy, (my son spells her name that way) and a cat named meow-meow, who adopted us many years ago and has never left.

I never liked reading as a kid and I only started reading romance novels in the past few years. Soon I couldn't get enough of them. My Kindle and I are inseparable now. A thought occurred to me in December of 2012 that maybe I could write a romance novel. So I went to work with the encouragement of my husband and my sister-in-law. It didn’t take long to figure out that I really enjoyed writing.

I entered my book in the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Contest in January of 2013. Needless to say my three hundred word pitch didn’t even make it through the first round. My book never even got read. So now what do you do with a 50,000+ word book? With more encouragement by my wonderful family I decided to self- publish it. So here I am today a self- published author. It has been a lot of hard work but I wouldn’t change a single thing.

It has not been an easy road and there has been a lot of self- doubt, but I stuck with it and I wouldn’t change a thing. I’ve been blessed to have been put in contact with some amazing people that have supported and encouraged me every step of the way.
